Would you like to join the Central Illinois Fraternal Order of Leatherheads Society Chapter? Well, with just a few steps, you can be on your way! First, download our application and fill it out completely. Next, come to our next meeting and bring that application with you. Meetings are generally posted on the website calendar and on our Facebook page. They are generally the third Friday of each month. Once your at the meeting, you will be required to introduce yourself and tell us why you think you should be considered for membership. If a member in good standing decides to sponsor you, you will be required to attend two meetings or events. After that happens, it is voting time! All members will be ask to vote on your membership via a private online poll. If your vote is successful, then you will become a full member. Still not sure? We are an organization dedicated to preserving the tradition and heritage of the fire service while remembering to taking care of our brother and sister firefighters.
